Demo maps

These are some demos. The train map is a little too low, but it shows how it all works.
Demo_tripatch.zip: a demo done by the Bad Guy. It shows some tripatches. They're not that hard when you've figured them out!
Train.zip: a demo done by me. It shows a closed train, and later on an open one. I didn't put an area_damage in it, so people can understand how it works.
Demo_traffic.zip: A demo map that shows how traffic works. I've added some cars that you don't see in the game, check them out! Also notice how the cars disappear and appear on certain spots. When you build maps, make sure those spots are hidden!
rg_rotor.zip: a demo done by RG. It's a small demo using a rotor entity. The idea is to get from the start to the end of the track and back without being killed by the fans. Just place the .vex file in the map_src directory under C:\DukeMP\duke\ and build and run it in the editor.
rg_river.zip: Another demo by RG. Works like the other one. It's a small canyon map with a river and a bridge that collapses. Experiment with these maps to discover new functions.
demo_ladders.zip: Again a demo by RG. A demo with two types of ladders, came together with his tutorial.
basic_map.zip: A map by me that shows all basic entities and settings for a good level
basic_indoor_map.zip: A map by me like the basic_map only this time indoor with a solid world. These two maps came as examples with the basic mapping tutorial. 1
