Duke is dispatched to the nation's capital once he gets word that Morphix and his minions have attacjed Washington DC, laid it to waste,
and imprisoned Congress and the President!
Duke heads to DC to rid the city of the mutant skum and restore power to the government.
Duke travels through the halls of congress including secret unknown underground passage ways, then get word the enemy is held up in the Pentagon
He finally makes his way to CIA headquarters and all the hidden passageways that make up this complex before his final confrontation with the mutant menace!!
